How to Take Care of your Skin?

If you wish to make your skin glow then it is absolutely important to take care of your skin. After all, skin is quite an important part of the body. It is necessary to take good care of the skin. Here are 10 things which will ensure that your skin stays in good condition.

Regular consumption of fruits

Eat a lot of fruits. Fibers are known to be good for the skin. Thus, eat lots of bananas, apples, oranges, strawberries and all the other fibrous fruits which also contain a lot of vitamin C.

Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize

Moisturize your skin. Use moisturize daily. It is necessary to retain the content of moisture in you skin. Use a cream which is suitable for your skin. Make sure, you avoid rashes and other kind of allergies.

Use gram flour (besan)

This works well with almost all the ladies, both young as well as old. This is a very common method in almost all the Indian villages.

Drink lots of juices

Juices will make the color of your skin come alive. You will see your cheeks become a rosy red in a while. Make it a point to drink a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 fresh fruit juices every day and you will see your skin glow.

Tomatoes and carrots

Tomatoes and carrots are high on calcium and will increase the calcium content in your body. This will not only strengthen your skin but will also strengthen your bones and your teeth. So, tomatoes and carrots come with triple benefit. So, eat a lot of them but remember not to over eat them.

Green leafy vegetables

Eat lots of green leafy vegetables such as spinach, fenugreek, cabbage etc. These are not only good for your skin but also good for your hair. Eating fruits and vegetables raw will smoothen your skin and make it glow.

Wash regularly

This is one of the most important things. Wash your body and face with soap and water regularly. Keep separate soap for your body and a separate one for your face. It is very important that you do not use the body soap on face and vice versa. Thus, keep a separate soap for your face.

Scrub it

Washing and cleaning alone won’t suffice. You need to cleanse your skin from its pores and hence, it is necessary that you use a scrub. Use a stone or a sponge scrub in order to keep yourself clean. This is something you should do without fail; whether you do the other things or you don’t.

Clean ups and bleaches

Well, it is important that you keep getting clean ups and bleaches at regular intervals. This will relax your skin and make you feel much better. You will be able to see you skin become pure and clear. It is a rejuvenating experience and hence, make sure you get it done at least once, every month
